PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production efficiency, to shorten manufacturing time and to prevent positional deviation of a friction material segment. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a friction plate is a manufacturing method of the friction plate to affix a plural number of friction material segments 32 on a roughly ring type core plate, and to temporarily adhere the core plate coated with an adhesive and the friction material segments by pressurizing them by previously positioning the friction material segments at an affixing position. Additionally, a manufacturing device of the friction plates is a manufacturing device of the friction plates to affix a plural number of the friction material segments 32 on the roughly ring type core plate, and it is furnished with a jig 40 to position the friction material segments by holding them in a state of arranging them at the affixing position. |
