VOID-FILLING CHEMICAL SOLUTION FOR GROUND EXCAVATION USING EXCAVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a void-filling chemical solution which easily comes off from tunnel boring machine(TBM) cutter heads, etc., when attached to excavators such as TBM cutter heads, etc. SOLUTION: A chemical solution for filling voids at ground excavation conducted using an excavator is prepared using an expanded polyurethane solution comprising the following liquid (A) and liquid (B). (A) A liquid which essentially comprises water glass and contains a polyol. (B) A liquid which essentially comprises an isocyanate. Preferably, the content of water glass is 50 wt.% or more against the total weight of liquid (A).
