PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air sander operation control device to automatically confirm a working time, a pressure force, and the exchange timing of a pad without increasing the size of the air sanding machine and remarkably modifying the air sanding machine. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve 8 for controlling a rotation time and a pressure sensor 10 for detecting feed air are situated at an air feed circuit 3 to feed air from an air source 9 to an air motor for sanding machines 1a and 1b, and a working time of the sanding machine is controlled. This control device is provided with a means to detect rotation of the sanding machine and exhaust pressure detecting pressure sensors 11a and 11b situated at circuits 4a and 4b to discharge air from the air motor, a means to detect the load state of the sanding machine and alarm a state exceeding a reference load, and a sanding machine pad exchange alarming means to measure the numbers of working times of the sanding machines 1a and 1b by the solenoid valve 8 for controlling a rotation time and report the exchange timing of the pad 2. |
