PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition having excellent flame retardance, impact resistance and moist heat resistance, useful for an office automation instrument, etc., by kneading a specific resin, etc., in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant resin composition comprises 100 wt.% of the total of 86.7-35 wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (component (a)), 10-40 wt.% of polyalkylene terephthalate resin (component b), 0.1-10 wt.% of stabilized red phosphorus (component c), 1-10 wt.% of a rubber-like polymer (component d), 0.1-1 wt.% of a polytetrafluoroethylene having fibril-forming ability (component e) and 0.1-35 wt.% of an inorganic compound consisting essentially of silicate (component f). An internal mechanism part of printing instrument can be molded from the flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition. |
