PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower an installation cost by connecting spacer units to each other longitudinally, laterally and vertically for assembly and arranging vertical reinforcing column parts and horizontal reinforcing beam parts vertically and horizontally for forming a frame type structure. SOLUTION: For assembling a frame type structure U, spacer units A, in each of which a cylindrical part is projected on a base face in the base part, are connected to each other longitudinally, laterally, and vertically, while vertical reinforcing column parts V and horizontal reinforcing beam parts W are arranged vertically and horizontally. Then, the butted cylindrical part functions as a fluid speed reducing column part, and at the same time, functions as fluid passing space constituting column part. If flow of fluid such as turbidity current at high speed occurs because of typhoon and the like, in the fluid received by a fluid receiving face N, fluid energy is absorbed because of the existence of the cylindrical parts, the column parts V, and the beam parts W, and its flowing force is reduced. In this way, the fluid flow is not prevented from flowing but its force is reduced, so that no firm foundation construction is required, and an installation cost can be lowered.
