PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lattice door with an insect screen preventing harmful insects such as mosquitoes from entering indoors being lured by indoor light, with excellent ventilating performance and concealing the indoor side by making it hard to see through the indoor side from the outdoors. SOLUTION: This lattice door 1 with an insect screen comprises a lattice door body 4 and a screen body 5. The lattice door body 4 is framed in the same form as a double sliding glass door 3 by lateral frames 7 and vertical frames 8 made of metal such as aluminum, a synthetic resin such as fiber reinforced plastic or wood such as Japanese cedar, and a lattice 9 is fixed to a center part surrounded by the lateral frames 7 and vertical frames 8, with such spaces as to shut out the line of sight from the outdoors. The screen body 5 is formed by providing a frame body 13 with a screen 12 stretched being netted with the synthetic resin or metallic wire material. The screen body 5 is fixed to the whole outside of the lattice door body 4 in the state of covering the lattice 9 so as to prevent the entry of harmful insects such as mosquitoes.
