PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency by shortening building work time at a building site as well as to reduce an execution work cost by enhancing flexibility of an execution work period by shortening field work time. SOLUTION: This wall body structure is composed of a framework material composed of a vertical column material V such as a column of balloon framing, a stand column and a stud and a horizontal member H such as a sill, a beam and a girder and plural structural face bars P, at least the stand column V2 is previously arranged/fixed on the structure face bars, and a framework wall panel W is provided to be constructed/arranged/fixed on the framework material when constructing a framework of the framework material composed of the vertical column material such as the column of balloon framing V1 and the horizontal member such as the sill, the beam and the girder.
