PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink from bleeding when laminating a printing tape by a protecting tape after printing to the surface of the printing tape by an ink jet head part. SOLUTION: A cartridge 1 in which a printing tape 2 and a protecting tape 3 are wound to spools 4 and 5 and stored is set to a position of an ink jet head part 9. When leading ends of the printing tape 2 and protecting tape 3 are laminated with each other and transferred by a pressing part (laminating part 14) including a press roller 11 and a driving roller 12, a distance L1 from a printing part 10 to the laminating part 14 by the ink jet head part 9 is set to be nearly equal to a value obtained by multiplying a time T for the ink discharged by the printing part 10 to dry by a transfer speed V of the printing tape 2, or set to be larger than the value. The printing tape is laminated by the protecting tape 3 in a state with the ink dried at the laminating part 14. |
