PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a reinforcing member precisely on an endless belt by making the reinforcing member adherent while a holding member holding the belt and the reinforcing member is relatively moved in the circumferential direction of the belt. SOLUTION: A holding member comprising an outer surface holding member 10 and an inner surface holding member 20 is formed in a cubic or cylindrical shape to be able to hold an endless belt 1 using a thermoplastic resin using at least one selected from polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, an ethylene- vinyl alcohol copolymer, etc., metal, rubber, etc., and a reinforcing member 2. The member 10 from the outer circumference side of the belt 1 and the member 20 from the inner circumference side of the belt 1 hold the belt, and the member held, and the member 2 is stuck on the belt 1. |
