PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lock member from coming into contact with a peripheral surface of a piston rod while a piston for lock releases a lock for the piston rod. SOLUTION: A lock member 24 is installed for reciprocating in a diameter direction of a piston rod 17 in a cylinder for lock 21 provided in a cylinder body 11. A meshing part 28 having an engaging part 29 engaged with a lock member 24 is provided on the piston rod 17. A shutter member 31 is provided for reciprocating in the axial direction on outer side of the meshing part 28. A through-hole 36 for passing the lock member 24 and a stopper surface regulating a tip of the lock member are provided on the shutter member 31. When a piston rod 17 moves to a stop position, a lock member 24 engages with the engaging part 29 through the through-hole 36 of the lock member 24 to lock the piston rod 17.
