SOLUTION: A base part 10 having a first piping 11 acting as a liquid inlet, a second piping 12 acting as a liquid outlet and a third piping 13 acting as a vent port and a hollow capsule filter 20 having the contact surface 21a with the base part 10 and the first, second and third ports 24, 25, 26 corresponding to the first - third pipings provided to the contact surface 21a are connected in a liquidtight manner by arranging a seal member 28 to the seal member arranging part 27 provided to the contact surface 21a.
