PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pleasantly express an ornamental plate member as an ornament plate blank by holding disk-shaped plates by utilizing a piece of ready-made clip for drying clothes, preventing disassembly by the entanglement of the plural clips and lateral offset and applying designs, etc., in addition to a hanging function in ordinary life to the disk-shaped plates. SOLUTION: The main body 10 of the decoration plate member consists of the two disk-shaped plates A and B which are composed to a sheet shape in an upper part 30. Rugged dowels 20 exist one above the other on the right and left in the central part of the disk-shaped plates A and B and have a function to prevent the offset of the disk-shaped pates A and B, allowing the free partial exchange of the disk-shaped plates A and B by diversified kinds of shape designs. Also, the disk-shaped plates A and B prevent the disassembly by the entanglement with the plural clips and the lateral offset.
