SOLUTION: This conveyor device is formed so that an intermediate part 7B of a body frame 7 is suspended by a supporter 10 fixed to a building structural body on a floor higher than the intermediate part 7B, and an adjusting part 11 capable of adjusting a vertical height and a horizontal accuracy of the body frame 7 is provided between a lower end part 10A of the supporter 10 and the body frame 7. The adjusting part 11 comprises an adjusting bolt 11B, a screw body and the like.
