PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design and develop a first module for controlling a wheel speed and a second module for controlling a turning motion independently and improve the development efficiency to the cooperation, control and realization of both modules, in the device for controlling a wheel braking force. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a first module 1 outputting the signal for controlling a wheel braking force from the wheel speed information by a wheel speed detection means 3 (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d), a second module 2 outputting the signal for controlling the turning motion by the turning detection means 4 or 5 by the wheel brake force and an order means 6 for generating the order signal outputting to the wheel braking force adjust means 7 (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d) as a control signal from both signals, while depending on the control direction of both signals.
