METHOD OF MOVING NORMAL PICTURE IN VIDEO CAMERA

PURPOSE: A method of moving a normal picture in a video camera is provided to record an object or a person existing within a limited range without moving the video camera. CONSTITUTION: When a partial screen is selected(30), the second screen is displayed within the first screen having a predetermined size(32). The effective pixel start point of the second screen is detected(34). The effective pixel start point of the second screen is moved in left and right directions according to a screen movement command(40,42). The effective pixel start point is detected in such a manner that the number of pixels is counted from the effective pixel start point of the first screen. The second screen is 4:3 normal screen, and the first screen is 16:9 wide screen.
