A positioning jig used when a pressure-sensitive tape is stuck on the surfac e of a vertical material of a door sash frame of a car, comprising a jig main body (10) with an engagement part (40) holding a vertical material contact part and horizontal material contact part each having a rear surface side in contact with the vertical material and horizontal material of the door sash frame, respectively, and a plurality of engagement projections (42) disposed over the vertical material and engaged with a plurality of through-holes in the pressure-sensitive tape by the contact of these contact parts, a holding member (20) installed swingably relative to the jig main body (10) and holdi ng the horizontal material between the holding member (20) and the horizontal material contact part by a spring force, and adjusting means for adjusting t he position and inclination of the engagement part (40) relative to the surface of the vertical material, whereby the pressure-sensitive tape can be stuck accurately, easily, and rapidly on the surface of the vertical material of t he door sash frame. |
