The compound plate for post-and-transom building facades comprises an approximately 4 mm thick natural stone facing plate with toughened surface, and a carrier plate which has a thermal insulation function and is glued to the facing plate by means of an organically improved adhesive of fire resistance class F90 in accordance with DIN 4102.
