<p>A gasket is disclosed, adapted for use with a multiwell microplate. The gasket is made of a porous material with openings corresponding to the nozzles of a filter plate. The porous material facilitates movement of solutions by application of either positive or negative pressure. The disclosed gasket solves the problem of cross-contamination which may occur between adjacent nozzles on the underside of a filter plate.</p> |
