PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a slurry of active material for secondary battery, which can suppress formation of secondary particles in pole plate and reduce the time required for producing process. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a slurry of active material for secondary battery comprises the steps of (i) charging organic solvent and a conductive agent into vessel and stirring the solvent and conductive agent together for at least 30 minutes to uniformly disperse the organic solvent throughout surface of the conductive agent, (ii) introducing active material into the stirred mixture and stirring the active material and the mixture together for at least 30 minutes to coat surface of the active material with the conductive agent.
