The sealed closure cap is for a carbonated drink container or bottle. It comprises a central neck (6) entering the container (2), and restraints (20,21) and hermetic partitions (18'). A top cover (3') carries the sealing ring (4') which can be lowered to lock part (20) on the neck (22) of the container. Part of the top cover is governed by arrestors (17), while there is a tubular zone (10') which has an annular flange (12) with aligned axial tongues (16) on part and a guide (1). Rupturing ribs (14), threading (25) and top neck (15') also make up the system. The cover can be displaced without being detached during the unsealing operation.
