The invention concerns a safety valve (1) for a sealed chamber designed to contain a pressurised fluid, such as LPG, consisting of a hollow body (2) wherein is a spring (7) co-operating at one end with a closure valve (9). It comprises a means (8) for calibrating bearing stresses applied against the spring (7) at its other end, closure means (20) ejectable from the hollow body (2) and shape-memory decalibrating means (12) for the spring to enable its release outwards of the pressurised gas stream. The decalibrating means is a shape-memory spring (12) mounted to counter the spring (7) and whereof the stiffness increases when a predetermined temperature threshold is reached.
