<p>A leg-rope connection device (1) includes a leg-rope guide (7) formed within a housing (2), a first arm member (3) operatively associated with the housing (2) and able to be rotated about a first hinge (5) and a second arm member (4) operatively associated with the housing (2) and able to be rotated about a second hinge (6). First clamping means (17) is associated with the first arm member (3) for retaining a first portion of a leg-rope within the leg-rope guide (7) and second clamping means (18) is associated with the second arm member (4) for retaining a second portion of a leg-rope within the leg-rope guide (7). Method of repairing a broken leg-rope using said leg-rope connection device (1) is also disclosed.</p> |
