Compounds represented by general formula (I), prodrugs or salts thereof, or solvates of them; and drug compositions containing the compounds, prodrugs, salts or solvates, wherein A, B and C are each an aromatic carbo- or hetero-cycle or the like, with the proviso that when A is an optionally substituted five-memberd heterocycle, W<1> is a bond, the same applying in the case of B and W<2> and that of C and W<3>; X and X' are each -O-, -NH-, or the like; Y is lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, or the like; V<1> and V<2> are each a single bond or the like; R<a> and R<b> are each hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, or the like, or alternatively they are united to form R<c>R<d>C= or -(CR<e>R<f>)r-; R<c> and R<d> are each hydrogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, or the like; R<e> and R<f> are each hydrogen, lower alkyl, or the like; n is 0 to 2; and r is 2 to 6.
