<p>The device is universal and is used for machining of all types of materials being used in combination with the cutting tool both in classical abrasive tools, and in diamond tools for cutting, boring, grinding, polishing and others. The device can also be used in the standard chip separation tools such as drills, milling machines, circular saws, etc. where, due to the depth of penetration in the machined material the supply of the coolant in the cutting zone is greatly hampered. The device is built-in to the tool forming a revolving body with the housing (2) along the axis of which a conical cavity (6) is formed with a generatrix forming an angle of from 35 to 45 degrees with the base. Between axis (10) of the tool and the upper basic edge of cavity (6) there is a hole for passing the coolant (7) to the cavity (6) interior. Along the periphery of the base (5) axial holes (1) are arranged for getting through of the coolant (7) to the cutting zone, and wherever abrasive disks, milling cutters and circular saw are used there are additional radial holes. 5 claims, 5 figures</p> |
