PURPOSE:To simplify identification processes by registering the communication number of a user or an identifier and the desired access point of the user on a data base after completing user identification. CONSTITUTION:A desired access point 3 of a user 1 is registered from an IC card or a terminal 2 supporting a password identifying function together with the communication number of the user 1 or the identifier. Afterwards, when accessing the communication number of the user 1 or the identifier, a signal transfer node 5 refers to the data base 6. As the result, the identification process of the access point 3 desired by the user can be omitted for the desired period of the user 1. Thus, the processes is simplified and security is secured for access from a terminal, which can not mount the IC card equipped with the password identifying function, or a terminal having no password identifying function. |
