The invention refers to plants biotechnology field and may be used in estimation the fusariose resistance of wheat and triticale. Summary of the invention consists in, that the fusariose resistance of wheat and triticale is determined by estimation of the embriogenic callus formation frequency on the nutritive medium Murashige-Skoog, supplemented with the fusaric acid in the concentration of 0,05...0,01% as a selective factor, and as resistant there are estimated plants hasing embriogenic callus formation frequency on the selected medium of 70,0...82,3%.The result of the invention consists in decreasing the volume of work and terms of estimation the fusariose resistance of wheat and triticale.Claims: 1Fig. 1
