PURPOSE: The titled food bag obtained by inserting an antimicrobial agent as a mixture of menthol and juniper powder between air permeable paper sheets is provided, thereby preventing spoilage of food and permitting a long shelf life. CONSTITUTION: An antimicrobial agent(100) obtained by mixing 100 parts by weight of juniper powder containing a vegetable essential oil component and having antimicrobial activity, detoxification and flavor retaining properties and 2 to 7 parts by weight of menthol powder having a peppermint flavor is inserted into air permeable paper sheets(200) formed integrally by a resin coated layer(400) thereon and then sealed.
