A floor assembly includes base cover boards (2) central cover boards (3) and side cover boards (4) the base cover boards being attached, at each corner, to support legs (5) by screws (8). The central board cover, which may be notched (31) at its corners, is located between four base seat cover boards and the side cover boards are located between adjacent base seat cover boards. The base seat cover boards are made from steel reinforced cement held in a mould, where the periphery of the upper surface of the cover is indented (22, figure 4) and the lower surface of the cover includes a downward projection (23, figure 4) at each corner. Four adjacent supports, which are preferably metallic, may be seated in sockets (61, figure 7) extending upwards from a connecting seat (6, figure 7) where the spaces between the connecting seats form a cable channel (7, figure 7). |
