PURPOSE:To prevent collision between print-out of a received document and the use by the operator by detecting it that the operator is parted from the device through a detection signal of a human body detection means and the facsimile reception document is printed out. CONSTITUTION:An original pressing plate 3 covering an original on an original platen and retaining the original is provided to an upper part of a copying machine 1, and a detection section 5 of a human body detector comprising an operation section 4 and an operator detector is arranged to an upper front side. The original pressing plate 3 and the operation section 4 or the like are provided to the copying machine 1 for the operation of the operator 6 from the front face F and the detection section 5 of the operator detector detects the presence of the operator 6 and a relative presence range to the copying machine 1. The detection section 5 emits an infrared ray beam 7 and detects a reflected beam from the operator 6 or the like. Furthermore, it is detected that the operator is parted from the machine 1 through the detection signal of the detection section 5 and a facsimile reception document print means prints out the facsimile reception document. |
