PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically convert a code for demanding medical compensation, such as a medical compensation point code, wherein a medical action as an object of medical compensation demanding is standardized into a code for medical classification, such as an ICD code, wherein the name of a disease and an operation type are standardized. SOLUTION: A storage device 4 stores codes for medical classification wherein the names of diseases and operation types are standardized. A CPU 2 extracts from the storage device as a candidate one or plural medical classification codes which possibly correspond to one medical compensation demand code inputted as an object of code conversion among medical compensation demand codes wherein at least medical actions as objects of medical compensation demanding are standardized. Then a candidate corresponding to one medical compensation demand code is selected out of the extracted candidates according to the relative information having specific relativity to the said medical compensation demand code. |
