<p>The road indicator is designed for signalizing on left- or right-turning. It consists of a right and left rod (1 & 3) mounted to the handlebar (2) to which a right-hand- and a left-hand wire (5 & 4) are connected by means of endpieces. At its other end wires (5 & 4) are locked by a clamp terminals and are connected by means of L-shaped plates and bolts to right-hand and left-hand frame (7 & 8) carrying light reflector figures (9 & 10). The position of the right- and the left-hand frame (7 & 8) changes by pressing down a left-hand and a right-hand lever (1 & 3), respectively, by the pulling force of the left-hand and the right-hands wire (5 & 4) and springs (19 & 20). 2 claims, 3 figures</p> |
