The arrow, the device and the method are used in veterinary medicine for the introduction of sedatives and other medicaments in the bodies of wild animals. By means of them the introduction of implants tolerable for the animals can be made without any risk of spreading any infections or other diseases, the implants remaining for a long period inside the living organism. The implant arrow includes a tubular body filled up by medicamentous forms and fabricated with a piercing peak. In the front end of the tubular body (30) a head (20) is positioned, ending by the piercing peak (28), an internal chamber formed in the body (30) is filled by at least one capsule (50) containing the medicamentous form. The internal chamber and head (20) are in fluid connection realized by a passage hole (60). The device includes a housing to which a filler with a longitudinal hole for implants is joined, interacting with a trigger and a shooting element, and is also supplied with a positioning-fixing mechanism (90). The latter has a reception and retention devices (92, 99) of the treated part of the living tissue fitted in front of the outlet of the longitudinal hole (97) of filler (93). To them positioning devices are mounted, including a facility for revolving(98), connected to the filler (93) and a mean of connection (95) mounted close to the outlet of the filler (93) with its longitudinal hole (97), The method includes implantation of the medicamentous form by its shooting into a preselected sector of living tissue, the sector being positioned before the implantation. Simultaneously with the positioning, the treated sector of living tissue is fixed before the shooting of the implant having the form of an arrow (20). The medicamentous form, contained in at least one capsule, is, after the implantation, fixed in the treated sector of living tissue having permanent two-way fluid connection with it. 18 claims, 11 figures
