<p>The pressed pipe bond between a pipe fitting in a connection, and an installed pipe, has at least one O-ring (5) under a press surface (12) or directly next to a press surface, or directly between two press surfaces in the press sleeve (10), or in the installed pipe (8). The pressure force under the press surface (12) matches the permitted distortion of the O-ring (5). A further O-ring (6) is between the pressed O-ring (5) and the pressed ring groove (7) surface structure of the connector (2). The additional O-ring (6) is pref. unpressed and has elastic distortion.</p> |
