This invention relates to a method for separation of light material from heavier material, a separation table of vibrator type and a cyclone and a fan means being found. According to the invention the method is characterized by the following steps: the material that shall be separated is fed onto the separation table at the rear part of the same, the material being transported forwards on the table and at the same being separated; the heavier material gets a position at the lowermost part of the separation table and is fed out of the same at its front part; the light material lying on a higher level in the separation table and air are sucked away from the separation table and into the cyclone via a sucking out pipe, in which the air is separated from the light material, where after the light material is fed out of the cyclone; the air separated in the cyclone is conducted back to the separation table via pipelines and a fan means cooperating with these ones, which fan means accordingly makes possible for the air to be transported in a closed system. The invention also relates to an arrangement for separation of light material from heavier material. |
