PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving qualities of foods, capable of forming active water showing an effectively physiological effect on animals and plants by a simple process, and restoring damage to cells, or the like, of various foods received during their processing or washing by using the active water. SOLUTION: A food is washed and treated with water which is brought into contact with a hydrogen absorption alloy and activated to improve qualities of the food. |
