PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and intensively manage the user quantity of paper when print data is outputted from plural printers. SOLUTION: Each print data output processing part 15 takes out spool file 13 from spool directory 11 nd outputs it to corresponding printer 12. At that time, the number of print pages, the output destination printer, a form name, a paper size are read from a print attribute file 14. A printer group to which the printer 12 outputting data belongs and a form group and a paper size group, to which the printed form name and the paper size belong, are specified by referring to group definition files 16 to 18. The outputted number of print pages is accumulated and added to the total number of print data in each group unit, which are kept in each of print page number preservation files 19 to 21. Thus, the user quantity of paper is managed in the group unit. |
