PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably measure a width of an electron beam without the need for a skill. SOLUTION: The color cathode ray tube measurement device is provided with coils 8a, 8b that generate a vertical magnetic field to move an electron beam landing on a fluorescent screen 1a of a color cathode ray tube 1 up to a position bridging over 2-color phosphors, a coil current generating means 10 that generates a current supplied to the coils 8a, 8b, an image pickup means 2 that picks up an image on the fluorescent screen 1a and an image processing means 3 that applies image processing to the image pickup signal from the image pickup means 2.
