PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of an unwanted inductance components as much as possible, making the length of a terminal electrode for the ground shortest. SOLUTION: This three-terminal noise filter 21 is provided with an insulation substrate 2, a signal electrode 3 formed on a 1st face 2a of the substrate 2, a ground electrode 4 formed on the 2nd face 2b counterposing the face 2a, and terminal electrodes 5a and 5b for a signal electrically connected to the both ends of the electrode 3 respectively. The electrodes 3 and 4 are respectively covered with insulation glass coats 22 and 23, and a through-hole 24 is formed at the center of the coat 23.
