PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily stick a title label in the state of easy positioning by forming a sticking part while recessing it over the full length of vertical thickness of a peripheral wall part. SOLUTION: A sticking part 11 is formed while being recessed over the full length of a vertical thickness dimension T of a peripheral side wall 10 so that the vertical width dimension of the sticking part 11 can be expanded and a dimension difference between the sticking part 11 and the vertical width of a title label 12 can be increased. Therefore, even when the title label 12 is stuck non-parallel with the vertical edge of the sticking part 11, the title label 12 can be stuck on the sticking part 11 within the range of the dimension difference, one part is prevented from being protruded from the sticking part 11 or an adhering surface is prevented from floating, and also the label is prevented from being released in the case of long-time use. Since the upper and lower edge of the sticking part 11 are directly continued to the upper and lower walls of a cartridge case 2, by pressing the sticking start end of the title label 12 with the tip of a finger, the position thereof is adjusted. Especially, in the case of the mini disk of the small thickness dimension, T the title label 12 can be easily and properly stuck.
