PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy visual recognition of an opening. SOLUTION: A lifting-lowering movement of a spindle 1 is transmitted to a spring 14 both ends of which are fitted to a root 16 of a needle 13 supported by a fulcrum 17 on a display board disposed upward of a handle 4 of a diaphragm valve and the fulcrum 17 respectively by a connecting means which connects the upper end of the spindle 1 with an end of the spring 14 at the needle root through a connecting means guide, and is converted to an angle formed between an edge E of the needle 13 and a means connecting the connecting means guide with the needle root.
