PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock state detection type solenoid lock device capable of smoothly engaging or disengaging a dead bolt by compensating and absorbing friction or interference and of accurately detecting locking conditions. SOLUTION: A base end portion of a dead bolt 3 is coupled to a plunger 2 of solenoid 1 in a rotatable manner, a detection head 5 of a proximity switch for detecting the locking condition thereby detecting the linkage of a tip portion of the dead bolt 3 to a bracket metal 4, which advanced and driven during electric power application to the solenoid 1, is arranged in a nearby space of a middle portion of the dead bolt, and a detection signal is generated when an outer peripheral surface of a metal disc provided concentrically with the dead bolt has faced a detection bolt 5.
