PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the sudden start of switching in a switch driving device used for a charging control system and the like and to previously prevent the malfunction of the system owing to the sudden statrt. SOLUTION: A pnp transistor TR1 turning on/off the conduction of charging current iab, plural resistor R1 to Rn connected to the base of the pnp transistor TR1 in common, plural npn transistors Q1 to Qn connecting collectors to the respective resistors R1 to Rn and grounding the emitters, and a control part 3 executing control in such a way that the bases of the npn transistors Q1 to Qn are connected, the npn transistors Q1 to Qn are sequentially set in on-states and base current required for turning on the pnp transistors TR1 are made to flow, are installed. |
