PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle dispersion improved in dispersion stability, the producing method thereof, a composition constituted of the particle dispersion and a method for improving the dispersibility. SOLUTION: The particle dispersion is obtained by mixing and stirring functional particles in an inorganic sol solution. As the functional particle, an insulator, a low dielectric, a coloring agent, a conductive body, a dielectric, a magnetic body or the like can be used. As the inorganic sol, silica sol, alumina sol, titania sol, zirconia sol and the like can be used. The particle dispersion can further contain an organic polymer (e.g. a photosensitive polymer). |
