FILTERING TYPE ELECTRIC FRYING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A filtering type electric frying machine is provided to prevent environmental pollution and to save foreign current and oil by supplying oil into a chamber through a returning pipe after filtering oil through a filter. CONSTITUTION: A frying machine(1) comprises a body(2) having a chamber(3). A heater(5) is installed at a lower portion of the chamber(3). An on/off valve(6) is installed in the body(2). A filter(10) is accommodated in the body(2) of the frying machine(1). An on/off valve(6') is formed at a bottom of a collecting tub(11). A filtering tub(12) having a plurality of pores(12') is formed in the collecting tub(11). An inner tub(15) is formed in the collecting tub(11). One end of a returning pipe(21) of a returning pump(20) positioned at a lower end of the body(2) is connected to the on/off valve(6') installed at the lower portion of the collecting tub(11). The other end of the returning pipe(21) is connected to an oil inlet(3a) formed at an inner wall of the chamber(3). A heating wire(22) is wound around the returning pipe(21).
