PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film containing fine bubbles, in which antistatic properties are imparted without impairing various characteristics of the film and carrying properties are excellent and beautiful picture quality is obtained in the case of using the polyester film as a body to be transferred of an image. SOLUTION: In the polyester film containing fine bubbles, apparent density is 0.60-1.35 g/cm3. A coating layer is provided on the surface of at least one side and surface specific resistance of the surface of the coating layer is <=1×1012 Ω. In an image receiving paper for a video printer, the polyester film containing fine bubbles is used as base material.
