PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize the electric energy of a substation supplying electric power on both sides of a section post and a voltage difference between them. SOLUTION: A self-excited single-phase BTB converter 4 is connected across a section post 3, and pulses PuA, PuB for semiconductor element ignition are transmitted to its converters 42A, 42B from control pulse arithmetic circuits IIA, IIB. An effective/ineffective power reference computing part 100 performs computation so that a deviation between the active powers of both single-phase AC feeders 30A, 30B may decrease, thereby outputting an effective power reference PAref. |
