PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable view finder with excellent portability and operability. SOLUTION: A viewfinder section 21 consists of a slide case 7 that is moved along with an optical axis of an eyepiece lens section and of a rotary case 3 that is in slide contact with the slide case and pivotally fitted to a camera main body section. The viewfinder section 21 slides the slide case in an extended direction in the case of photographing and when the viewfinder section 21 is extended up to a prescribed position, the rotary case 3 is turned around a rotary shaft 11, and in the case that the viewfinder section 21 is contained, the slide case is reduced, a turning restriction pin 2 is engaged with a recessed part of the slide case 7 to restrict the turning. In the case of photographing, a focus of the eyepiece lens section 25 is in matching with a display section of an image placed in the inside of the viewfinder section 21, the turning restriction pin 2 is detached from the recessed part of the slide case 7 to release the turning restriction and the viewfinder section 21 is turned around the rotary shaft 11.
