PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interlock file transfer, program starting, and command issuing processes through systems on a network by using control information set by contorl kinds of each of the systems and control programs which perform processes based upon the control information. SOLUTION: The control information is set by the control kinds of file transfer, program starting, and command issuing process request units. Control programs 2 perform file transfer, program starting, and command issuing according to the control information corresponding to the control kinds as process requests from other systems and also hands the interlocking of the processes over to other systems. Indication information transmits the control kinds as the process requests and messages in the interlocking process with other systems.
