PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically recognize an ID by a sampling operation which maintains a set quality by a method wherein a sample extraction part, a sample housing and transfer part and a sample reception part are shut off from the open air, and the sample housing and transfer part with a built-in sample tube transfers a sample via an opening and shutting door which can be sealed airtightly. SOLUTION: A sample extraction part 100 is provided with an extraction line 102 which extracts a sample from a tank. A sample housing and transfer part 200 is provided with a sample tube 211 and the like which can be connected to, and released from, the extraction line 102. A sample reception part 300 is provided with a connector 312 and the like which can be connected to and released from, the sample tube 211 and the like. Then, the extraction part 100, the housing and transfer part 200 and the reception part 300 can be isolated respectively from the outside. The housing and transfer part 200 is connected to the extraction part 100 via an opening and shutting door 118, it extracts the sample into the sample tube 211 via the extraction line 102, and it is connected to the reception part 300 so as to receive the sample in the sample tube 211 into a sample bottle 320.
