PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unexpected setting while maintaining good operability using a rotary encoder by inhibiting inputting of an electric signal to a display means when the signal of the encoder is input and non-input time of the pulse takes for a predetermined period or more. SOLUTION: An encoder 20 outputs a predetermined pulse signal at each predetermined rotating amount of an operating shaft. A set temperature display unit 17 displays a digital display value. A control body inputs a pulse signal and measures a non-input time of the pulse. If the non-input time takes for a predetermined period or more, a change of a display value of the unit 17 based on the pulse signal is inhibited. Thus, the digital value displayed on the unit 17 can be altered by operating the shaft, and after the non-input time has elapsed, the digital value is not changed in response to number of the inputs even if the unit 17 inputs the pulse signal as long as next operation is not started. |
